In this 3-hour module, we go beyond the Income Statement and Balance Sheet (Statement of Financial Position) to construct and to make use of the Statement of Cash Flows to build additional skills in analysing and interpreting Financial Statements in order to be able to make valuable predictive decisions.
By the end of the learning process you will be able to appreciate the relationship between Income Statement, balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows and how to use the information from each one of them in different ways when you analyse financial statements.
You will be guided step by step all the way from the basics to the actual construction of cash flows so that you can obtain tangible knowledge which will enable you to take lead in discussions about decisions regarding the future of your organisation.
The entire module is case study based and practical.
